Posts vs. Pages
Understanding the difference:

Creating a New Page
- Click Pages in the sidebar
- Click New Page
- Fill in the details:
Required fields:
- Title: The page headline
- Slug: The URL path (e.g.,
aboutbecomesyoursite.xylo.gg/about) - Content: The page content
- Set the Status to Draft or Published
- Click Create Page
Common Pages to Create
Most websites benefit from these essential pages:
About Page (slug: about)
Tell visitors who you are, your story, and what your site is about.
Contact Page (slug: contact)
How visitors can reach you. Include email, social links, or a contact form.
Services/Products (slug: services)
If you offer services or products, describe them here.
Privacy Policy (slug: privacy)
Required if you collect any user data. Explain how you handle visitor information.
Editing Pages
- Go to Pages in the sidebar
- Click the page title or Edit link
- Make your changes
- Click Update Page
Deleting Pages
- Open the page in the editor
- Click the red Delete Page button at the bottom
- Confirm the deletion
