Understanding Your Trial​

Xylo offers a generous free trial:

Unlimited Build Time

  • Build and preview your site as long as you want
  • No credit card required to start
  • Create content, customize your design, get everything perfect

30-Day Countdown

  • Starts when you publish your first site
  • Full access to all features during trial
  • Limited to 1 site during trial

Trial Status Indicators:

  • Building: You haven't published yet (unlimited time)
  • Trial: Countdown active (X days remaining)

Upgrading to a Paid Plan​

When you're ready to upgrade:

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar
  2. Scroll to the Upgrade section
  3. Choose your plan:

  1. Click Choose Monthly or Choose Annual
  2. Complete checkout with Stripe
  3. Your subscription is active immediately

Using Promo Codes​

Have a promo code? Here's how to use it:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. In the promo code field, enter your code
  3. Click Apply
  4. If valid, you'll see the discount reflected in the pricing
  5. Proceed with checkout

Current promotions:

  • LAUNCH: $5/month for your first 6 months (then $7/month)

Managing Your Subscription​

Once subscribed, you can manage your subscription through Stripe:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. In the Stripe portal, you can:
    • Update payment method
    • View invoices
    • Cancel subscription
    • Change plans

What Happens When Billing Lapses​

If your trial expires or payment fails:

  1. Your sites are automatically unpublished (set to draft)
  2. Your content is preserved (not deleted)
  3. You can still log in and access your dashboard
  4. To restore access, upgrade to a paid plan

Payment failed?

  • Update your payment method in the Billing page
  • Your sites will be republished once payment succeeds
