Forgot Your Password?​

If you can't remember your password:

  1. Go to xylo.gg/login
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click Send reset link
  5. Check your email for the reset link
  6. Click the link and enter your new password

Notes:

  • Reset links expire after 1 hour
  • If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder
  • The email is sent even if the account doesn't exist (for security)

Resending Verification Email​

If you never verified your email or the link expired:

  1. Go to xylo.gg/resend-verification
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send verification link
  4. Check your email for the new link
  5. Click the link to verify your account
